Since our founding in 1994, United Fire Protection has moved forward with one mission in mind; helping protect our clients’ commercial enterprises from the devastating damage a fire can cause. Over the years, our family-owned and -operated business has proudly served the region and we look forward to many more years of service.
Meet the Founder
Our company was founded by Frank Capozzoli who was seeking to shift gears and pursue a new adventure in a climate warmer than his native Detroit. When Frank found a company in Florida, he knew it was time to move and he purchased the company in 1994. At the time, it had just three employees and a small presence in the community. Over the past 27 years, our company has grown considerably, and today our 35 employees and 21 trucks work hard to install, maintain, and repair fire protection systems throughout Florida.

Each of our team members are highly skilled professionals who serve clients throughout the state. While we are based in Orlando, we have clients in Lake Mary, Casselberry, Winter Springs, Kissimmee, Deltona, Tampa, St. Petersburg, Orlando, and more. On any day of the week, you will find our trucks and our team members installing fire suppression systems, recharging fire extinguishers, and more from the panhandle to the peninsula.

Since you can’t plan emergencies, we organize numerous training sessions throughout the year so that our client’s employees learn how to operate the fire extinguishers, fire suppression systems, and other safety features we install. We are also one of the few fire protection companies in Florida that maintain a 24-hour emergency service and offer next-day service. Thus, when an emergency does occur, we are available to respond quickly and effectively to our client’s needs.
